    Exchanging or returning an item couldn’t be easier.

    -Complete the return request form below. A customer service team member will then be in touch with you via email or phone

    -Once a refund or exchange is approved we will then send you a prepaid return shipping label.

    -Returns are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days of the order date.

    -Unfortunately, we cannot exchange, replace or credit Swimwear, Undergarments, Furniture, Vintage Items, Art, Jewelry, Gourmet, monogrammed or personalized items, made to measure or made to order including products from the following brands : Sharon Khazzam, Spinelli Kilcollin, Wagner Skis, Klipsch, Steinway, Charlotte Brody.

    -We do advise you to contact us if you are unsure of our policies or have any other queries.

    -We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customersFor all returns, merchandise must be presented in saleable condition with any original tags and in their original packaging. An established proof of purchase is required, and refunds will only be applied to the original method of purchase.
